  • 1. Import/Export/Transit Declarations
    The customs declaration is a single administrative act with an official model. On import, based on the commercial invoice and the possible transport invoice, the customs value is determined, and the customs duties to be paid are established. On export, no customs duties are paid.

    Specialized information and details regarding the documents required for carrying out customs activities, for each category of goods and for each type of operation.
  • 3. Completion of TIR Carnets, EUR1 Certificates, ATR Certificates, CMRs
    Goods move under the cover of a TIR carnet which has the value of a guarantee and a transit customs declaration. It is issued by guaranteeing associations approved by the customs authority in each signatory country. The Eur1, ATR certificates are standard forms issued by the customs authorities.
  • 4. Storage, Bonded Warehousing, Handling
    We offer the service of introducing goods into the warehouses of our partners Marial Freight Srl and Logistic Arsped Cargo Srl, under customs supervision, in order to release the means of transport. Unloading, storage and handling of goods are also ensured by them.
  • 5. Intrastat Declarations
    The collection of statistical data on trade in goods between European Union countries is called Intrastat. Our service consists of registering the economic operator and submitting the declarations for the introduction and dispatch flows.
  • 6. Obtaining an EORI Number
    The EORI code is the registration and identification number of a unique economic operator in the EU, introduced on July 1, 2009. Customs authorities assign an EORI code to natural and legal persons, a code used for all customs activities carried out on the territory of the European Union. Our services include the registration of the economic operator and the submission of the necessary documents.

  • 8. AEO Consultancy
    The status of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is the recognition by the customs authority that a company is a trusted partner: it brings fewer controls, priority treatment and access to simplifications.     There are several types of authorizations:
    - AEOC (customs simplifications) – for companies that want easier access to simplified procedures and fewer documentary and physical controls
    - AEOS (Security and Safety) – for companies in the international logistics chain, it brings facilities for entry/exit formalities and mutual recognition with partner countries
    - AEOC+AEOS (combined, formerly "AEOF") – both sets of benefits
